Getting started

The ideal way to begin Pilates is with private sessions. We do not require that students take a private session before entering the mat classes, but it is strongly recommended. Many of our clients take only private sessions, several integrate mat classes in with their weekly sessions, and some take just the group classes. Whatever the combination, three times a week is suggested in order to achieve the desired results.

You will need bring socks and wear clothes that do not restrict your movements. We provide all the equipment necessary including the mat.

Mat classes are offered to the public and are on a first come first serve basis. You do not need to sign up prior to in order to attend. Private sessions are by appointment only and can be scheduled by calling the studio. Classes and Private sessions start on the hour and run 50 minutes.
