Pilates Mat: Pilates group mat classes concentrate on the core for strength, stability, and range of motion.

All classes are tower classes. Body Central is fully equipped with tower units and raised mats, including arm and leg springs, the roll back bar, push through bar and various accessories. No matter the level, all students will work with the apparatus.

Basic is for the novice who has never taken Pilates in it's purest form. It is also for students that want to focus on the form and fundamentals.

Basic/int helps transition the students with little experience while providing those with more experience with a solid workout.

Intermediate is for those with a strong knowledge and experience.

Int/adv transitions the intermediate students to the advanced level, while challenging everyone with a quick pace.

Advanced is for healthy clients only, and is a very challenging, fast paced class.
