pilates mat: Pilates group mat classes concentrate on the core for strength, stability, and range of motion. Everyone without prior Pilates experience should start with basic mat or a private lesson. Basic/int (intermediate) is for beginners and intermediate students alike which focuses on detail and proper form of the Pilates principles. Intermediate mat focuses more on rhythem and flow. Int/adv is a fast paced class that will teach intermediate students how to transition into advanced while still a good workout for the advanced student.
tower class: This class is the ultimate workout, designed to challenge the powerhouse with the use of springs and the bars. Students must be at the int/adv level to take this class, as well as have an instructor's approval.
stretch class: Stretch class is designed for Pilates students with intermediate experience or higher. This class focuses on stretching and strengthening using exercises based on Pilates concepts and the use of the theraband.
